1. Parties and Purpose
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between I Gun Arms and the customer (“Buyer”) as specified below, for sales transactions conducted electronically. This Agreement is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Product and Service Information

  • The type, features, quantity, and total price of the product or service subject to sale are clearly stated during the order process.
  • The Buyer has the right to review all details of the product before purchase and is deemed to have accepted these terms by making the payment.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Products are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed. Standard delivery time is estimated to be 5-7 business days.
  • Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Buyer. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
